The Feser's moved to the Tri-Cities from the Midwest in 1964 where they have remained and raised their 6 children. They began building spec homes in 1966 and moved into the custom home market a few years later.  The Feser name has been part of building some of Tri-Cities most successful neighborhoods, such as; Panoramic Heights, Union West, Whispering Winds, Country Ridge, Eagle Reach, and Canyon Lakes just to name a few.

The Feser's have built their business working as a team. In 2005 after several years of success Doug Feser took the helm as President.  Doug has been working alongside Rick & Alice for over 20 years.  In 2006 Doug's sister Barb joined the company as Secretary/Treasurer.  The success of the company is largely due to the fact that like Rick and Alice; Doug and Barb are on the job sight every day putting their own skills to work.  The family element of this company is strong and is a fundamental part of the business. 

Mention the Feser name to anyone in the Tri-Cities Building Business, and you will hear nothing but high regard for them and the homes they build.   But most important forty years later, ask an owner of a Feser home and they will tell you firsthand what quality craftsmanship means in the house you call home.    

When building to the highest standards the most important team members are the subcontractors and craftsmen that work on every aspect of the home.  The Feser's have selectively chosen and created loyal relationships with their subs and craftsmen.  They recognize the substantial contributions and outstanding work they have come to rely on from each and every one of them. The company has continued to flourish with the same principles and a commitment to excellence started with their first spec home in 1966.
